Hello
I bought the PSA License this month. SW Installed, PSA VCI manager shows VCI, VXDIAG show licence but PSA DIAGBOX show green connected icon, but still ask Connect VCI.
The tech support checked my PC by remote, found there are different brands software installed on same system. Suggested to get a clean system to reinstall.
Then I finally fixed it today with fresh install again of Windows and Diagbox, so now it is working. Thank you.

Unfortunately does not work with genuine diagbox account. Ran a clean install as instructed but diagbox will not find it as a vci even as just passthrough. Quite disappointed. Great for just diagnostics but no good for coding or programming

For programming, only need to use as j2534 interface, install passthru driver only.
