i have one i have used with techstream but you must buy the license for it to work with toyota. The techstream you can find for free online

The VXDiag website has a good version that works with 32 and 64 bit platforms. It uses a patch exe. file to bypass login. I've been using it for over 5 years with no issues. I recommend the obdii VXDiag cable interface. I have done a lot with it, and would say it is on par with the mongoose/xhorse devices and it isn't nearly as expensive. I've applied some software updates, sensor calibration and other things (most advance features require paying for daily access to Techstream). Works great for TPMS programming as well.

I'm using the latest (18) with windows 11. Set the program to autodetect your car so that the vin will automatically displayed.

Software works perfectly, unit arrived with the most recent firmware. Sure the software is sketchy, but it works.
Worked PERFECT on a 2023 GX460, 2022 GX460, 2017 GX460, 2019 GX460 and a 2007 GX470. MUCH better than the cheap cable that I previously purchased.
This one has my seal of approval.

It works fine. Upgrade the FW before, if needed. Get a short time subscription, one hour or so and do what you have to do.

The reviews all mention malware being present on the supplied CDs. I didn't have such issues when I used it, but I also installed it on a copy of Windows that I used for nothing else. Given the numerous reports you'd be wise to do the same, or install it within a virtual machine running Windows. The software itself works great.

I run the VXDiag cable/plug using a mac and a windows vm, and I can program tpms, etc.

It does what it is supposed to do. Not sure if it accomplished everything I wanted to do but it did work, kinda. Lots of steps involved in accessing auto software.

I own the VCX Nano version for Toyota, it has always served well there, even if I haven't flashed it yet.

The VXDIAG works great and comes with Techstream (like every other version out there). Been using it for a couple years now.

If you read the instructions carefully it's a quick and easy install process. The tech support is responsive and helpful. They will absolutely help you get up and running. This is my second VXdiag purchase. GM and Toyota. They both worked and I was able to save myself from the dealership. I support right to repair, and without the manufacture software you are limited at home. VXdiag is a valuable tool and service and a reasonable cost.

I used it on my 2015 Toyota 4Runner and 2020 LC200 and both work fine Note: VXDiag Techstream v17 finally supports 2018+ models

After trying two MINI-VCI cables that failed to program my TPMS sensor IDs, this cable worked on my 2011 Camry.

Their licensing app installs everything you need. Just need to select the passthru device in TS and it’s good to go. Honestly from what I’ve read the nano might be the best option right now

Received the package. I initially had a good feeling about the cable--the packaging was nice and refined, the USB cable seems like a good quality one, the driver installed easily, and it came with a utility to update the firmware online.

Windows 10 and Techstream 17 work perfectly fine on my 2006 Lexus GS300 AWD. The more recent, the better, because features could have been added or bugs fixed even after the model was made.

I have techstream on 32bit Windows 10 for a few years now updating Win 10 with no issues. I use it on my 300h and my Prius and have done TPMS registration, brake bleeding, keyfob registration, check hybrid battery data and regular health checks scanning all modules.

I did buy the VXDIAG VCX Nano w/ Techstream V17. Was able to connect up and peruse around all the diagnostics - pretty awesome tool. There were actually DTCs for both the servos, but also said they were no longer malfunctioning. I went ahead and did a servo initialization anyway.

I have used vxdiag to successfully program tire pressure monitors. vxdiag is the best cable for techstream crack
