Thanks very much for your message. The HDD needs to run with laptop with SATA 2.5 HDD port, at least 8gb ram, i7 procssor. We recommend to use Lenovo t440p.
We did not test with Panasonic , but not recommend.
The device can add license for other car brands.
For your car model and function, only suggest to have test, unable to make sure 100%.

Why did my license expire on 2020-12-31?. I cannot renew it with the VX Manager software. What do I have to do?

Your license is updated. Please download latest vx manager.

After download, please install the new vx manager.
Then connect device to laptop, laptop connecting network, open new vx manager, click "Firmware" to update, then click "Update license" to renew.

Thanks very much for your message, but maybe you misunderstand the license. Ford/Mazda license means authorization to add Ford/Mazda brand to vxdiag multi machine, make the machine to support Ford/Mazda if the machine does not have the authorization before. It has nothing to do with Ford/Mazda IDS software.
The vcx nano PRO 3 in 1, default version come with Ford/Mazda, no need to buy license again.

For vxdiag JLR software, it can support CCF programming, bu based on the user's skill.
We do not have license for engineer mode.
