It includes offline diagnostic software.

Q:Will this package be all i need to program a body control module for a 2004 gmc envoy , I already have subscription with acdelco .do i need that also

A:Hello dear
If you have subscription with acdelco, only need to log in to download techline connect to install.
Then purchse our vcx nano for GM, install VX Manager and passthru driver on the manager, aiming to match the device to techline connect software.
After all finish, can log in techline connect to do programming online directly.
