For online programming, you need to have original PPN account yourself
first one is vxdiag original hardware, it come with v39.8+v38.3 piwis 3 software
this hardware can add license for other car brands if you need in the future
seond one is same look as original, it come with Panasonic laptop, software is different , only support Porsche brand
third one come with same software as first one, also same laptop lenovo t440
second one free update by USB dongle
first one and last one need to return softawre SSD for update, or buy new softawre ssd

Thanks very much for your message, for this device, it is an obd2 interface, connect to OBD2 port of the car. Device can connect to computer by USB cable and WIFI.
