For your laptop, we only suggest to test by yourself, since we have never tested .
For the software HDD, it comes with win 10 systems already, you need to insert to laptop to run as system HDD.

This set comes with interface, and software disk. Software is pre-installed, when you receive, can insert to laptop to use directly.
It also comes with DONET license. But DONET is only a connection method for device and software. Please noted.
