The price includes license of the 13 brands. But is only for authorization of device to support these brands. Not online access. Please noted.
The license is lifetime. you only need to renew on vx manager every 60 days in your side, it is free.

For the PW3 Software, it cannot to make together with 2TB HDD, that's why we put separately.
The two hard disks are both internal HDD, need to insert to laptop to run as system HDD, no need to install.
