We confirmed with engineer, they suggest to install online techline first directly. During the installation, it would install original gds2 and tech2win automatically, but without data. No need to install GDS2 or TECH2WIN in this case. Usually it can do online programming function. Our customer has tested successfully with this method.
Only when you need to do diagnosis for the car with tech2win software, you can use other laptop with win7 pro 32bit to use.
