For 09/2022 software, factory has not finished for driver yet, cannot support at the moment. Factory said would finish update before Oct.1st.
If update finishes, we will inform you by email.

If not, you can use v8.13 directly.

For DTS 9.02, need to activate by yourself, we are unable to activate since we do not have keygen. Can use V8.13 version no need activation directly.

For this problem, please connect device to laptop, laptop connecting network, open new vx manager, click "Firmware" to update, then click "Update license" to renew.

My technician tries on a Mercedes A Class W169, On the MERCEDES A CLASS is working. On the old Mercedes does the HTT WIN works either way?

Thanks very much for your feedback for the test on MERCEDES A CLASS. But our device and software can only support models 2004-2021, not including HHT-WIN, cannot support old models.

Thanks very much for your message, for the device, no need to buy Benz license again. For our license, it is used to authorize car brands to the vxdiag machine. Not software license. Please noted.
For our software, it comes with pre-installed and activated. No need to activate again.
