VXDIAG DTS Monaco DoIP and CAN Configuration Guide

To add some information for those who wanna set up VXDIAG VCX SE Benz or Benz C6 with DTS Monaco 8.14 (most stable cause above may not work yet), you need to set up as described in the picture by adding new interfaces and enter the described parameters manually.
