Both device supports adding more car brand license. Both devices can be used as j2534 passthru device for OEM online programming.
VXDIAG VCX SE supports USB, WiFi, WLAN and Donet connection. Rlink X7 only connects via USB.
VXDIAG supports JLR SDD and Pathfinder software, Rlink X7 only SDD. VXDIAG also compatible both Porsche new and old software, Rlink X7 supports new Porsche software only.
Rlink X7 does not support Subaru SSM3, PSA and Renault software.
