Q:I have an VXDIAG VCX SE Pro but it did not come with the subaru license. Do I have to have the physical copy shipped first or can you email me the license code first?

Would you please send seial number to us and message us what license you have chosen when you bought it? If you have not used it yet, can message to your seller ask them to arrange to change car license directly. Since we cannot find your purchase on our website.
