This is not software. It is authorization for vxdiag device to support the brand. Cannot work with your mini vci.

For your device, it is vcx nano for GM, it is single brand device, unable to add license for other car brands.

Please download latest vx manager.

After download, please install the new vx manager.
Then connect device to laptop, laptop connecting network, open new vx manager, click "Firmware" to update, then click "Update license" to renew.
need to renew license by firmware update and license update every 60 days by yourself!
