Solved! VXDIAG Full 2TB HDD Benz Blue Screen Problem

Here comes the working solution to vxdiag full brands 2TB HDD blue screen problem. The problem usually happened when start Benz X-ENTRY program.

Blue screen with error “You device ran into a problem and needs to restart. We’ll restart for you”

For Windows 10 operating system:

Enter BIOS mode, set HDD to RAID mode (CANNOT set to AHCI mode)

For Windows 7 operating system: 

Enter BIOS mode,  set HDD to AHCI mode.
