VXDIAG DoNET Not Working on Windows 7 Solution

Problem:

I tried to set up DoNet remote diagnostic for my vxdiag vcx se jlr doip device.

But remote diagnostics does not load under windows 7 operating system. The program is trying to open the following http request.

When I enter it in a normal web browser like google it works fine. But VX manager cannot display this information.

Works on Windows 10 without issue. Any solution?

The solution was to install Windows 7 Service Pack 2.

Windows 7 without any updates.
