Q:my VCX Nano won't do firmware updates because its version 1.5.1.0 I've been told it's because its too old. Is there a way to download a step up version of firmware that I can install manually?

Please download latest vx manager.

After download, please install the new vx manager.
Then connect device to laptop, laptop connecting network, open new vx manager, click "Firmware" to update, then click "Update license" to renew.
