Thanks very much for your message, for 2004 duramax vehicle, if for diagnostic function, need to use tech2win software, it works more stable with win7 pro 32bits. For windows 10 pro 64bit, only suggest to try, some clients succeed, some failed.

Please download latest vx manager.

After download, please install the new vx manager.
Then connect device to laptop, laptop connecting network, open new vx manager, click "Firmware" to update, then click "Update license" to renew.
