For the device, gds2 can work with windows 10 pro 64bits. Tech2win can try with win10 pro 64bits, engineer suggest to use win7 pro 32bits for tech2win, more stable.
But for your 2007 car, need to use tech2win to do diagnosis.
For calibrations, need to do online programming with subscription on acdelco.

Please download latest vx manager.

After download, please install the new vx manager.
Then connect device to laptop, laptop connecting network, open new vx manager, click "Firmware" to update, then click "Update license" to renew.
